Classic Curry
 
Curry is derrived from the Indian word, KARI, for sauce. The English grew to appreciate the various sauces of India, and after returning to England, invented the idea of curry powder.
This blend is rather mild, but not shy. It is very nice stirred into yogurt or melted butter; then add your cubed lamb, chicken, pork, beef, or vegetables. Cover and simmer until done. Serve on rice - nice!
 
Corriander has been an ancient flavoring since very remote times. It has also been used in medicines, aphrodisiacs, toilet waters and liqueur.
