Grilled Chicken Marinade
2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup water
1 packet chicken marinade seasoning
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
Combine oil, vinegar, water, and seasoning and stir well. Pour into a 1 gallon zip lock plastic bag.
Add the chicken and massage the seasoning into the chicken, so that all surfaces are thoroughly coated. Place in refrigerator and marinate for 2-4 hours.
Remove chicken from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill, bake or fry chicken until done. Cook to internal temperature of 165° F. Add salt to taste before serving.
Serve hot, warm, or cold.

This is a salt-free blend.You may wish to add ½ to 1 tsp of salt before serving.
