Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush 15 saltine crackers and put in a small bowl. Add Susquehanna Spice Magnifico Meatball Seasoning. Add 1/2 cup boiling water, toss with a fork. Set aside for 30 minutes for water to hydrate spice.
In a large bowl, combine 1.5lbs of ground meat (beef, pork, or poultry), cracker mixture, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs slightly beaten. Gently mix until evenly blended. Wet hands and form into meatballs of desired size (3/4" to 2" size). Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15-25 minutes (depends on size of meatballs). Remove from oven and serve with noodles or spaghetti sauce combined with Susquehanna Spice Co.'s Quick & Easy Red Sauce. Meatballs are best if served the next day. Freeze or refrigerate leftovers.
