A beautiful harmony of spicy warm tastes to bring out the best in your chili, enchilads, burritos, and anything you want to give an authentic "Texican" flavor. As a general starting guide, add approximately 1 tablespoon per quart of chili.

Before foods were refridgerated, spices were used, especially in warmer climates, to make tainted foods more palatable. Though spices contain little food value, they taste wonderful, and aid digestion.
